Daydream Paper Studio LLC (“Daydream Paper Studio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a Minnesota-based limited liability company specializing in greeting cards, stationery, and paper goods.

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not harm our business, reputation, or other users. We reserve the right to refuse access or cancel orders for abuse, suspected fraud, or violations of these Terms.

Product Information & Availability

We take great care to ensure all product descriptions, images, and details are accurate. However, due to the nature of printed goods and watercolor artwork, slight variations in color, texture, and finish may occur. These variations are part of the process and not considered defects.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if a product listing contains an obvious error.

Pricing, Payments & Taxes

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment must be received in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated.

Sales tax will be charged where required by law. Buyers outside Minnesota are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or import fees.

If a pricing or billing error occurs, we reserve the right to correct it and contact you before fulfilling your order.

Orders & Order Acceptance

Your order is considered an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including:

  • Product availability

  • Payment authorization issues

  • Errors in pricing or product details

  • Reasonable suspicion of fraud or misuse

If we cancel an order, we will notify you and issue a refund if applicable.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your details are correct — we are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses.

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and may vary.

Risk of Loss

Risk passes to you when the order is delivered by the carrier. If a shipment is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us — we’ll help you file a claim when possible. We currently ship within the United States.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Custom and personalized items are non-refundable once design work or production has begun. Customers are responsible for reviewing proofs carefully. Approval confirms that all spelling, dates, and details are correct.

If we make an error, we will correct or replace the order at no cost.

Wedding stationery is considered a custom product. By placing an order, you agree to review and approve all proofs carefully. Once final approval is given, changes and cancellations may not be possible.

Wholesale Orders

Wholesale orders are fulfilled exclusively through Faire.

Pricing, minimum quantities, payment terms, shipping, and wholesale returns are governed by Faire’s policies. Please review Faire’s wholesale terms before placing an order.

If we ever process wholesale orders directly in the future, separate written wholesale terms will apply.

Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs, text, logos, and photography are the property of Daydream Paper Studio LLC and are protected by copyright and trademark law.

You may not:

  • reproduce,

  • sell,

  • distribute, or

  • modify

our content without written permission.

Wholesale purchase does not grant reproduction rights unless a separate license agreement is signed.

Products are for personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or resold without written permission.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • use our site for unlawful purposes,

  • attempt to hack or disrupt the site,

  • misuse discount codes,

  • purchase products for counterfeit reproduction, or

  • violate any applicable laws.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our products and website are provided “as is” and “as available.”

We do not guarantee:

  • uninterrupted website access,

  • error-free content, or

  • suitability of products for every intended purpose.

Any implied warranties are disclaimed to the extent permitted by Minnesota law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Daydream Paper Studio LLC is not liable for:

  • indirect, incidental, or consequential damages,

  • loss of profits or business,

  • shipping delays, or

  • misuse of products.

Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid for the product involved.

Some states do not allow certain limitations — in those cases, the limitation applies only to the extent allowed.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Daydream Paper Studio LLC from claims arising out of:

  • violation of these Terms, or

  • infringement of rights belonging to others.

Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict of law principles.

If unresolved, disputes will be handled in state or federal courts located in Minnesota, and you consent to that exclusive jurisdiction.

Severability

If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain enforceable.

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control (such as natural disasters, postal strikes, or supplier disruptions).
