We hope you love your order. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns on unused items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging

To request a return, please contact us at hello@daydreampaperstudio.com with your order number.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at hello@daydreampaperstudio.com

We will gladly arrange a replacement or issue a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Wedding stationery

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Used or opened items

  • Sale items (if applicable)

Orders Placed Through Third-Party Platforms

For orders placed through third-party platforms such as Etsy or Faire, please refer to the return and refund policies on those platforms, as their terms and processes may differ.

Orders & Order Acceptance

Your order is considered an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including:

  • Product availability

  • Payment authorization issues

  • Errors in pricing or product details

  • Reasonable suspicion of fraud or misuse

If we cancel an order, we will notify you and issue a refund if applicable.

Wedding Stationery Terms

Due to the custom nature of wedding stationery, the following terms apply:

Proofs & Approval

Digital proofs are provided for review prior to printing. It is the client’s responsibility to carefully check all details, including spelling, dates, and layout.

Changes & Cancellations

Changes and cancellations may be made prior to final proof approval, in line with the terms outlined in your stationery contract.

Once final approval is given and production has begun:

  • Changes cannot be made

  • Orders cannot be cancelled

Returns & Refunds

All wedding stationery orders are considered custom and are not eligible for return or refund once design work has begun.

Any payments made, including deposits, are non-refundable in accordance with the terms outlined in your stationery contract.

Additional terms relating to revisions, timelines, and payment structure are outlined in your stationery contract and form part of your agreement.
