Shipping

We currently ship within the United States.

As a small studio, this allows us to carefully manage production, packaging, and delivery to ensure each order arrives as it should.

If you are based outside of the U.S. and would like to place an order, please feel free to get in touch. International shipping may be available on a case-by-case basis.


Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days.

During busy periods or seasonal launches, processing times may vary slightly. Any updates will be shared on the product page or at checkout where possible.


Shipping Method

Orders are shipped via USPS and include tracking where available.


Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location, but most orders arrive within 7-10 business days after dispatch.


Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow its journey.


Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays can occasionally occur due to postal service disruptions, weather conditions, or other factors outside of our control.

Daydream Paper Studio is not responsible for delays once an order has been dispatched, but we are always happy to help if you have any questions about your order.


Lost Packages

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at hello@daydreampaperstudio.com and we will do our best to assist in locating your order.


Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


Wedding Stationery & Letter Studio

Please note that wedding stationery and Letter Studio subscriptions operate on different timelines and processes than ready-to-ship items.
